Review for You is a service for managing Google Business Profile reviews and related business profile workflows for authorized business clients. This policy explains how we process information when you visit our website or when an authorized client uses our private administration application.

Who we are

Review for You operates the website review4you.net and the private application at review4you.net/app. For privacy questions, contact getreview4you@gmail.com.

Information we process

  • contact and business details provided by clients;
  • Google Business Profile account, location and access information provided through Google OAuth;
  • Google review text, ratings, reviewer display names, replies, profile information and related status data;
  • AI-generated drafts, edits, approvals and publication audit records;
  • technical, security and usage information needed to operate the website and application.

How we use the information

We use this information to connect authorized Google Business Profile locations, monitor and organize reviews, prepare response drafts, support human review and approval, publish approved responses when instructed, provide support, protect the service and keep an audit trail of important actions.

Google Business Profile access

We do not ask clients to share Google passwords. Access is granted through Google OAuth and can be disconnected by the client or by an authorized administrator. Review for You is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.

Google user data and Limited Use

Review for You’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Business Profile data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of the service that the client has requested: showing reviews, preparing reply drafts and publishing replies the client has approved. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except with the client’s consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or where needed to operate the service. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Revoking access and deleting data

A client can disconnect Review for You at any time in their Google Account permissions or by asking us. To request deletion of the Google Business Profile data and records we hold, email getreview4you@gmail.com from the address associated with the account; we will delete it within a reasonable period unless we are required by law to keep it.

AI-assisted drafts

When AI assistance is enabled, the text needed to prepare a draft response may be sent to the configured AI provider. The current provider is DeepSeek. AI output is only a draft: it is reviewed and approved by a person before publication. We do not use AI to publish a review response automatically without an explicit approval step.

AI providers may process data outside your country or region. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information in a review or support request. DeepSeek information is available in its privacy policy.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the service, such as Google APIs, hosting, email delivery and the configured AI provider, or when required by law. We do not sell Google Business Profile data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet contractual obligations and comply with applicable requirements. Google Business Profile content is handled according to applicable Google API policies and the client service arrangement. Access tokens and other credentials are stored with technical safeguards and are not displayed as ordinary page content. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so clients should use strong account security and review connected Google accounts regularly.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security or audit reasons. Cookies and website analytics

The public website may use necessary cookies and limited analytics to keep the site secure and understand website usage. The private application uses authentication and security cookies required for login and session protection. We do not use the public website to expose private client or Google account data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will show when the latest version was published.
