Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of Review for You, a service that helps authorized business clients manage Google Business Profile reviews and related profile workflows.

Service

Review for You provides a private administration application for connecting authorized Google Business Profile locations, organizing reviews, preparing AI-assisted drafts, managing approvals and publishing approved content when instructed. The public website describes the service; the administration application is not an open public registration area.

Client authorization

You may connect a Google Business Profile only if you own it or have permission from its owner or authorized manager. You must not use the service to access a profile without authorization, impersonate another business or request another person’s Google password. Google access is granted through Google OAuth and may be disconnected at any time.

Review and publication workflow

AI may help prepare a draft, but drafts require human review. A response or profile change is not intended to be published without an explicit approval or publication action by an authorized user. You remain responsible for confirming that the final content is accurate, appropriate and lawful.

AI-assisted features

The service may use a configured AI provider, currently DeepSeek, to prepare drafts or suggestions. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before use. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information. Provider processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

Client responsibilities

  • keep account credentials and OAuth access under your control;
  • provide accurate business and profile information;
  • review drafts and approvals before publication;
  • use the service in compliance with Google policies, applicable law and the rights of reviewers;
  • notify us promptly if access should be removed or a connected profile changes ownership.

Google services

Google Business Profile is a service of Google LLC. Google may change its APIs, permissions, quotas, policies or availability. Review for You does not control Google’s services and does not guarantee a particular Google ranking, verification result, review outcome or API availability.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to unauthorized access or prevent misuse. You may request disconnection of a Google profile or termination of the service by contacting us.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in the business information and review materials you provide, subject to the rights of Google and other data subjects. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that information to provide the service. The Review for You name, website and service materials remain protected by their respective owners.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that AI drafts, Google data, API responses or publication results will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will show the latest version.
